WTF is this?

Located in Tampa, FL

Concerning the photo of WTF IS THIS on your web site, it used to be a bait shop.  It was the only place in town I could find old fashioned cane fishing poles.  The round things hanging all over were floats.  When I was last there, they said they were closing up the bait shop and turning into some kind of tourist shop.  I thought it was still open. That's all...hope it helps.
