Elk Creek Dam, Jackson County, Oregon
This Dam project was started approximately 16 years ago. And continued even under protest, from locals and environmental concerns. Further progress was curtailed years back until a reasonable solution could be found. A matter of weeks ago it was decided that it was no longer a Dam and a hole was blown in the main Chanel. All control centers and etc. were sealed up so there was no access, and as can be seen from the signs the site is restricted and there is on site security. Red Skull
