It was built in 1960 as a single family home 2BD, 1 bath, not for sale, and its last estimate was roughly $57K.

*It's listed as having a garage, but it's more a carport*

 The lower level was inaccessible, however the upper level was accessible 2 ways, the upper level itself was completely separate from the lower level - I found that odd.

*I guess they added another door via the stairs leading up the 2nd level from the carport - they attempted to close this off for good - good attempt.*

*Small balcony with an kick ass view of the River. Also features stairs leading to ground level.*

*View is just too awesome to have just for the living room, gotta have it in the kitchen too!*
